East-Rimouski District

Close to the municipal airport, this industrial park was established during the mid-1970s and has continued to develop and grow. The park offers 175 hectares of industrial zoning to metal product processing, tire manufacturers, and the hydraulic and machining industries. A recycling business as well as wholesalers and distributors have their warehouses here.

To the west of the park, various ICT-sector businesses have set up, including the Carrefour de la Nouvelle Économie (CNE) for the Bas-Saint-Laurent.

Pointe-au-Père District

Established during the 1990s, the Pointe-au-Père District Industrial Park covers 115 hectares and is home to painting and marine technology companies.

Saint-Anaclet-de-Lessard

A commercial and industrial zone of 236,000 m2 in the municipality of Saint-Anaclet-de-Lessard is a place for good business. A booming sector that houses a number of successful businesses in a variety of sectors: mechanics, renovation, agricultural equipment sales and maintenance, cleaning, automotive, and environmental.

For interested entrepreneurs, 77,000 m2 is available for any industrial or commercial project.
